Running is more than just a hobby; it’s a lifestyle, a passion, & a journey towards health & well-being.
At RunGC, we get it because we live it, and that’s why we’ve created a tribe of like-minded, passionate individuals who share our love for running.
We’re here to support and guide you every step of the way, offering everything from strength training and nutritional tips to stretching, injury prevention, and mindset coaching (if your mojo deserts you along the way!). And when injuries happen (fingers crossed they don’t!), we have physio and podiatry services ready at hand. Plus, we provide direct links to races and events and race-specific training programs to help you prepare.
As a member of our tribe, you can access our online platform to share training tips, challenges, successes, experiences, and more. We believe in supporting each other on our journey of self-improvement, which is at the core of the RunGC philosophy.
